About the Journal

Journal of Food and Life Sciences (J Food Life Sci), is a peer reviewed  journal that mediate the dissemination of research in food (food science, food processing and food technology), and  life sciences (biology, agriculture, fisheries, marine science, animal husbandry, medical sciences) which related to food. The journal is published every June and December by Central Laboratory of Life Sciences-Lab Sentral Ilmu Hayati (CLLS/LSIH) University of Brawijaya, Malang,  Indonesia .

The Editorial purpose is to promote new knowledge and techniques and to provide a forum exchange and a media between researchers and practitioners in the area of food sciences and life sciences which related to food.

We accept submission from all over the world. All submitted articles shall never been published elsewhere, original and not under consideration for other publication.
